九、投标人资格要求：
1、符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条的规定；
2、须具有独立法人资格，具备有效的《营业执照》，有相应的经营范围，具有良好的供应能力，并拥有完善的售后服务体系；
3、投标人须具有招标货物生产能力的制造商或其授权的合法代理商，投标人是代理商的须在报名时出具制造商针对本项目的授权书原件；
4、2014年1月1日以来须有类似单项合同额150万以上的电缆供货业绩；
5、投标人开标时须提供招标公告发布之日后检察机关开具的《检察机关查询行贿犯罪档案结果告知函》；
6、本工程不接受联合体投标。
